Abstract

The modern pace of life causes a high demand for anatomically functional footwear. Such products are adapted to the natural biomechanics of the lower extremities, ensure the physiologically correct position of the foot and optimize load distribution. Such footwear minimizes fatigue, prevents the appearance of edema and deformations, which is critically important for people with prolonged static or dynamic activity. At the same time, the consumer places high demands not only on ergonomics, but also on aesthetics and the reproduction of style in the design of products. The study systematizes the theoretical principles of designing anatomically functional footwear with an emphasis on grunge style. Its specific constructive and model parameters are determined. The sequence of the technological process of creating prototypes in compliance with design and utilitarian requirements is clearly demonstrated. The scientific and practical toolkit includes content analysis of the initial data, modeling and anthropometric modernization of the shoe insole elements. The idea of embodying elements of the grunge style in footwear became possible due to: the use of non-standard materials, finishing finished products (finishing with color), the use of insoles with a filled toe part, the implementation of creative design solutions and non-traditional technological approaches in the manufacture of individual elements and parts of footwear (sole, heel) and the assembly of products. The practical implementation of the project was carried out through individual modeling on the basis of the production facilities of Litini LLC. Based on the results obtained, a limited series of products was manufactured, which successfully passed a 60-day operational testing directly by the customer. Experimental wearing confirmed the reliability, comfort and ergonomics of the developed designs in combination with an expressive visual concept. A full set of design and technological support for the designed line was formed.
