In the clothing industry of Ukraine, clothing micro-enterprises can exist in the form of small ateliers or workshops specializing in tailoring and repairing clothes. At the same time, the most promising in terms of making profits are micro-enterprises of limited capacity for making clothes in small batches. Such enterprises continue to play an important role in the economy of our country. It is micro-enterprises that have numerous advantages, which makes them attractive for domestic business. It should be noted that the process of designing any sewing enterprise can be divided into two areas: economic and organizational. If the methodology of economic calculations of the activity of the sewing enterprise is more or less stable and meets modern challenges, then the algorithm for designing the organizational component is subject to rethinking, revision and optimization. So, the traditional method of designing new sewing enterprises, the foundations of which were formed in the 90s of the last century, is not quite suitable for designing modern sewing micro-enterprises. This is due to the fact that the traditional algorithm of preliminary calculations and the definition of the form of labor organization were designed for mass production, which is characterized by the scale of production (large volumes of production, measured in hundreds and thousands of units of finished products) and the mandatory distribution of labor among workers of sewing streams in conditions of mass production. In addition, the larger the size (capacity) is a sewing enterprise, the deeper should be its specialization in relation to the assortment range of finished products. That is, the guarantee of successful production for large and medium-sized sewing enterprises is the release of a stable range of products, which is associated with the use of certain sewing equipment, which is purchased to work with a certain range of materials. The organization of uninterrupted supply of materials and accessories is associated with the same.
Garment micro-enterprises in their production structure and form of labor organization differ significantly from classical garment factories. This is due to their small (limited) number of employees and, accordingly, the small size of the production area, which makes it impossible to "stencil" the use of classical methods for their design. However, the method of their design, unlike the general one, has its own specifics, which must be taken into account in the conditions of the economic present, and its effectiveness depends entirely on taking into account a significant number of production factors and the professional experience of the designer.
