ANALYSIS OF THE IMPACT OF OPERATIONAL QUALITY CONTROL WITHIN THE TECHNICAL SUPERVISION SYSTEM ON THE STABILITY OF ORGANIZATIONAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL CONSTRUCTION PROCESSES

This article examines the impact of operational quality control in technical supervision on ensuring the stability of organizational and technological processes in construction, given the increased complexity of modern construction projects. The study establishes that organizational and technological processes, particularly in frame-monolithic construction, are characterized by a high degree of interdependence among individual stages, which makes the system sensitive to technological disruptions and deviations. The article demonstrates that operational quality control serves not only as a tool for identifying defects but also as a comprehensive management mechanism aimed at preventing them, minimizing their accumulation, and ensuring adherence to the construction schedule.
Furthermore, the article proposes a formalized approach to describing the relationship between the level of operational control, the number of defects, and deviations from the construction schedule, which has made it possible to establish the nonlinear nature of the impact of control on the quality and stability of processes. It has been proven that the greatest effect is achieved in the initial stages of strengthening operational quality control, while further intensification of control measures is characterized by a saturation effect. Critical construction stages have been identified on which it is advisable to concentrate control measures, in particular reinforcement, concrete pouring, structural jointing, installation of engineering systems, etc. Special attention is given to the implementation of digital control tools, including BIM technologies, mobile technical supervision systems, georeferencing, unmanned aerial vehicles, laser scanning, GIS solutions, and digital twins. It is argued that their use facilitates the transition to continuous monitoring of the construction process, enhances the objectivity of assessments, shortens response times, and reduces the influence of human error. It is concluded that the effective organization of operational quality control in technical supervision is a decisive factor in ensuring predictability, technological consistency, and stability in the implementation of construction projects.
