ORGANIZATION OF ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT REPAIRS BASED ON OPTIMAL USE OF SPECIALIZED ENTERPRISES

Abstract

The paper proposes and considers one of the current methods for organizing repair work on electrical equipment using specialized electrical repair enterprises. It is proposed to implement a mathematical model that describes the optimal distribution of repair work between specialized specialized enterprises, taking into account economic, technological and operational constraints. The model is formulated as an integral linear programming problem, which will allow increasing the efficiency of planning repairs of electrical equipment of industrial enterprises and energy facilities.

The current stage of functioning of energy and industrial enterprises of Ukraine is associated with the operation of electrical equipment under martial law, which imposes special requirements for the reliability and uninterrupted operation of their work. Failure of electrical equipment involved in the implementation of basic technological processes and power supply is directly related to production downtime and increased operating costs.

Along with this, modern electrical systems are characterized by increased requirements for electrical equipment, which complicates, and sometimes makes impossible, the processes of their maintenance and repair. In this regard, it is recommended in practice to carry out repairs of certain types and types of electrical equipment with the involvement of specialized electrical repair companies that perform repair or restoration work on certain types of electrical equipment and have the appropriate material and technical base and qualified personnel.

The selection of a repair contractor is usually carried out without taking into account the complex influence of economic, technological and operational factors, which can reduce the efficiency of repairs. This necessitates the development of formalized approaches to the optimal use of specialized electrical repair companies.
