Abstract

The current stage of development of Ukrainian and global society is characterized by the intensive advancement of technologies and engineering, leading to profound transformations in all spheres of human activity. The emergence of the Fourth Industrial Revolution has contributed to the establishment of innovative models of industrial production based on big data analysis, a high level of automation, augmented reality, and the Internet of Things. The active development of digital technologies in vocational education stimulates the renewal of approaches to the training of future specialists, particularly the development of pedagogical skills among vocational education instructors in the sewing industry.
This article investigates the pedagogical potential of seamless garment production technology as a tool for forming pedagogical mastery in future educators. The study analyzes current trends in the light industry, the implementation of innovative materials and seamless technologies, and their application in the educational process. The advantages of seamless clothing, technological features of materials, and methods of threadless joining, including thermal contact, high-frequency, and ultrasonic welding, are examined in detail.
It is established that the use of seamless technologies in vocational training promotes the development of technological thinking, methodological competence, and the ability to integrate innovations into the educational process. The technology of constructing seamless trousers is described in detail, including stages of analytical and design preparation, material selection, fabric formation, threadless joining of components, thermal stabilization, and quality control, emphasizing pedagogical interpretation and use in teaching.
The results highlight the importance of integrating innovative production technologies into the content of professional training and the development of pedagogical mastery, ensuring a high level of professional competence of future sewing industry educators and their readiness to work effectively under Industry 4.0 conditions.
