Dear Authors,

We are opening a new chapter in our journal — we have transitioned to the Open Journal Systems (OJS).

The submission for Issue No. 3 (2026) was completed on March 17, 2026. The publication of this issue is scheduled for the end of May.

We sincerely thank all authors who have been with us!

Starting from May 1, 2026, we will begin accepting submissions for Issue No. 4 (2026), which is planned for publication in July–August. This issue will be formed according to the new cluster “Industrial and Construction Technologies, Logistics, Transport”, and the scope will be limited.

Please wait for official announcements.

Starting from Issue No. 4 (2026), the field F – Information Technologies will no longer be recognized as a professional (accredited) specialty in the journal.

The publication fee for 2026 may be subject to change.

• Maximum number of co-authors — 4
• One author may participate in only one paper per issue
