Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit manuscripts to this journal. All submissions will be initially evaluated by the editor to determine whether they fit the aims and scope of the journal. Those deemed suitable will be sent for peer review before a decision is made on acceptance or rejection.

Before submission, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any materials included in the manuscript, such as photographs, documents, and datasets. All authors listed in the submission must consent to being identified as co-authors. Where applicable, research must be approved by an appropriate ethics committee in accordance with the legal requirements of the country in which the study was conducted.

The editor may reject a submission if it does not meet minimum quality standards. Prior to submission, please ensure that the research design and argument are properly structured and clearly presented. The title should be concise, and the abstract should be able to stand alone. This will increase the likelihood that reviewers will agree to review the manuscript. Once your submission meets these standards, please follow the checklist below to prepare it.

The manuscript must not contain prohibited materials or materials of questionable reliability. The author bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the information presented. The editorial board may not necessarily share the views expressed in the manuscript. Editorial corrections may be made without prior agreement with the author. Authors may be provided with proofs of the article. Manuscripts containing more than ten errors per page will be returned for revision. Submissions that do not comply with these requirements will be returned by the editorial secretary.

The editorial office accepts manuscripts in electronic form via the journal’s submission system or by email at heraldts@khmnu.edu.ua, together with all required supporting documents: author’s application, plagiarism report, a review signed by a Doctor of Sciences (if available, indicating the reviewer’s institution), author information with contact details, and proof of payment.
